*You may have noticed that the worksheet sets up the proportion backwards from what I have shown you in class. No sweat, it works either way just like equivalent fractions do ... yes? Yes!

The Wilderness Camp group project will be IN class on Friday. You may begin promptly at 8:00 in Mr. Gacek's room. You will have exactly 1 hour (if you get started promptly at 8:00, obviously) to complete this project. Come prepared and ready to work! I have your group contracts and planning sheets that you made last Friday; I will have them for you at the beginning of class.
Pre-Algebra: Map it Out! ws
*Make an ACCURATE map, to the scale given, as per the directions on the worksheet.
*You will be graded on the neatness/accuracy of your map as well; use a ruler!
*If you need help with scale drawings, see page 299 in your textbook.
