As promised, here are the forms you need for Fall Enrichment classes if you are away on vacation and cannot get to your snail mail by the deadline, July 17.
*Please send in your hard copies if you can; the email option is really for those of you away on vacation or otherwise limited in your options.
*I need you to send me the Selection form (or a simulation of) and the music interest form if applicable.
*The July 17 deadline still holds.
