The references for this page are pages 51 and 52 in your book. How much you "need" to read them is up to you, but all of the guidelines you need are there. Then follow the directions on page 55 and you are good to go!

Priorities: Make sure your budget guidelines are approved, then purchase your house and car.
These big purchases are key to how much you will have left to spend. I will be doing preliminary checks of those purchases next week!
