Assignment: Alphabet Probability Part 2 -Link
You should have 4 randomly selected sheets of alphabet statistics in your possession. You are to use these four sheets to fill in the Part 2 worksheet. Use a calculator for both grids.
Once you have your statistics compiled, the meat of this assignment is on the second side of the page. Show me how deeply you can think about the math behind this assignment and how it applies to things like Scrabble games. Being a good math thinker is probably more important than being able to crunch numbers, eh? Both are important, certainly, but making applications with the arithmetic is how you go places. ;-)
