Pay attention to the vocabulary! Fixed costs, variable costs, etc. Some of the information you need is on page 21, so do read it.
Revenue is the money you earn (#1). Later (#4) they refer to it as income, but the formula they give you to use still calls it revenue. That is how you figure out your profit in each scenario.
