Answer these three questions on Wednesday evening, prior to Thursday's decimal test:
1) How did you prepare for the test?
   (Quizlet, worksheets, old assignments, whatever!)
2) How much did you prepare for the test?
   (5 minutes per night, 10 minutes for two nights, crammed for 30 minutes on Wednesday, etc!)
3) How prepared do you feel for the test?
   (hopefully you feel 100% prepared, eh?)
You may type or write your responses to these questions.
Late "Notes" will NOT be accepted for credit. The purpose of this assignment is to get you thinking about the test PRIOR to the event, not afterwards.
