Assignment: Kyle - C
Due: Tuesday, October 7
Today in class, we practiced thoroughly reading problems for information. One was about a worm climbing a wall and the other was the Ups and Downs of Shopping, a previous assignment. Both contained key words that if not highlighted, would result in drawing the incorrect conclusion.
Kyle's final mandatory assignment is tonight. Kyle will have other choice offerings, but otherwise will appear on the test. Like I say, the test will be the same as the homework, but with different numbers!
What can you do to help?
Have them identify each question and the information needed to answer it.
Check to make sure they understand the question. Have them take notes on any wording that tends to trip them up so they can refer back to their Notes Book when working/testing.
The main mistakes continue to be things like not having him bike back home and not charging enough when a customer purchases more than one hamburger, for example.
Help them to think through it completely!
