Homework for Tuesday, January 6

Happy Birthday to me!
*this is my excuse for this late post; we went out to dinner!

You have two assignments (of sorts) tonight.
1) Pop-Quiz Corrections
If you missed any on the quiz today you are to identify and correct your mistakes directly ON your quiz.  This is worth 2 points: complete/incomplete/not complete.
Regardless of your score you need to hand in your pop-quiz tomorrow AND indicate whether or not you want me to count your score in your grade.  Your choice!  Please write your decision beneath your name.
2) Battleship Grid
Hopefully you took home the notes you took in class today for this assignment.  If not, see if you can get the general idea from the image below ... it's not perfect, but it is a visual.  ;-)
*If you didn't get a copy of the assignment sheet, you will have to get one tomorrow.
*Make a key - blue (top), green (left), orange (right), yellow (bottom).
*Draw a game grid.  You will essentially make a large "X" on your grid and color it according to the key above.  To draw your "X"  you will make two diagonal lines.
-Each line MUST go through the middle of each box (cutting it in half), but may begin at any point and run diagonally in one direction.
-The second line goes on the other diagonal, but also must cut each box in half on its way.
-Put it anywhere you want on the grid following the directions for drawing your lines.
-When you are done, it should look like a lopsided X, colored fantastically. (ignore the white spaces on my example; you do need to color up to the line)
There really isn't anything else to do!  No points need be identified, nothing with the "A, B, C" coordinates, nothing.  Just make your "X" and color!
Due Wednesday
